STRONG. HAPPY. HEALTHY. Instead of paying excess $$$ for external motivation to do a “8 Week challenge”, DO IT YOURSELF ! Get a few friends together in a group chat, everyone take arm/leg ect measurements, Body Fat percentage and take a good Before picture, each of you put the picture up of your wall with your measurements next to it, then keep your group chat open and keep each other up to date of your progress ! You can even add an extra incentive like each person adds $ to the kitty and the most improved wins the $$$ at the end ! These sorts of strategies can be easily implemented, all your need is internal motivation and GRATITUDE ! Be GRATEFUL and Live STRONG HAPPY & HEALTHY !
